About The Project Gearbox

We are based in the Stavanger region of Norway, but work across various regions and countries.

We have worked at most of the major operator companies, on many different kinds of project or assignment. This varies from specific short-term tasks, up to multi-year roles within the project management organisation.

Our areas of expertise cover most of the processes with complex communication between owner/operator companies and their contractors - including Interface Management, Change Management, Non-Conformance and Technical Query. We also work with Risk, Quality and Contract Alignment.
